Meet the Founders
Dr. Anna Levy-Warren

Dr. Anna Levy-Warren received her PhD in clinical psychology from City University of New York after graduating from Princeton University. Throughout graduate school she prioritized additional training in individual assessment, supporting individuals with complicated cognitive profiles and relative weaknesses in attention, focus, organization and time management. In 2005 she established Organizational Tutors, a network of individuals with advanced degrees in psychology, neuropsychology, education and special education, to help students and adults with executive functioning difficulties and other complex learning profiles. Now managing over fifty consultants across the country and internationally, she brings her experience as a CEO and helping CEOs more specifically cultivate sophistication in the professional and executive realm.
Dr. Chelsey Saunders

Dr. Chelsey Saunders’ expertise comprises supporting adults to improve their executive functioning (i.e., goal-setting, time management, etc.) and to create transformational change. By transformational change, she means helping professionals and aspiring leaders to develop internal capacities through adaptive challenges. For example, she helps individuals manage competing commitments, problem-solve with design thinking, re-frame challenges with a strength-based lens (appreciative inquiry), increase self-awareness and intuition, cultivate cultures of compassion, give and receive effective feedback, and develop confidence. She also takes pride in closely supervising and supporting the team of STEEL advisers with Anna.
Chelsey received her PhD in Education Leadership at Teachers College, Columbia University after earning her M.Phil at Columbia University, M.Ed at Wake Forest University, and BA at UNC-Chapel Hill. She specializes in developing adult’s internal capacities and mindset to flourish in their work and life.
